Toronto Brass is a traditional brass band, based in the beautiful Lake Macquarie region at Rathmines. With beginnings in 1962 as the Toronto RSL youth band, we are proud to have been representing our community for 60 years! Since then, the band has gone on to establish itself as one of the leading bands in the area. The band regularly competes in local, state, and national brass band competitions in the Open B grade division and presents regular concert performances.

We are dedicated to our community and proud to be giving back in the form of nurturing young, future musicians of all levels. Catalina Brass is the youth arm of Toronto Brass aimed at younger and developing players. Catalina Brass performs at concerts with Toronto Brass and on their own, giving players the opportunity to perform in concerts at their own pace.
