Concert success!

Toronto Brass with guest Soloist Nicky Abkiewicz

What a fabulous concert we had in October, 2025.  We were so privileged to work with the wonderfully talented tenor horn soloist, ,Nicky Abkiewicz.  Nicky is the current New Zealand National Tenor Horn champion and has won the Australian National Tenor Horn title on multiple occasions.

Nicky entertained the audience with “Dragon Dances”, “Piper of Dundee” and the beautiful arrangements of “Over the Rainbow” and “Demelza”.  She was very inspiring to both young and older players. 

The concert also  featured some great music from both Toronto Brass and our youth band, Catalina Brass.
